You can’t keep pouring from an empty cup.

I’m Emma Singla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is here to meet ya where you’re at—emotionally, mentally, and literally (whether that's from the comfortable seat of your couch or the privacy of your car). In person services coming soon!

With a Bachelor's from Lewis University and an MSW from UIC, I’ve spent over five years working across inpatient, psychiatric, child advocacy, foster care, and school settings. My lived experience as a first-generation American deeply shapes my clinical lens, giving me a grounded appreciation for identity, cultural nuance, and what it truly means to feel understood. As a neurodivergent person myself, I run a neurodivergent-affirming practice. I draw on both my professional background and lived perspective to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s transitions.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog! I love to travel, everything floral, and all the dogs.
